Meet our SEED Team — a dedicated group of educators whose expertise is matched by their genuine heart for children. With years of experience, solid training, and a shared passion for early childhood education, they bring both skill and soul into every classroom. More than teachers, they are nurturers, mentors, and partners in helping each child grow in confidence, curiosity, and character. 🌱

Teacher Lynne

“I invest in the lives of children to nurture seeds of potential, cultivate roots of resilience and harvest fruits

of joyful service."

Teacher Lynne is founder and school administrator at SEED. A graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (BA Psych) and Master in Family Life and Child Development (MFLCD) from the University of the Philippines, she is a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) with major in Values Education and has recently completed her doctorate in Holistic Child Development (PhD HCD). She is an advocate of holistic child development and quality teacher training. She hopes to create an environment that promotes strong self-regulation, healthy social interactions and curious participation. Her favorite part of teaching is laughing and being silly with the children.

Teacher Stanley

Teacher Stanley creates a beautiful balance between fostering warm connections and implementing healthy boundaries. She enjoys teaching while effectively facilitating administrative processes. Her good heart combined with a bachelor's degree in Christian Education and licensure as a Values Education professional teacher makes character formation natural for her. She knows each child personally, knowing their strengths and working to strengthen gaps. Children from her classes are undoubtedly loved.

Teacher Jelyn

Teacher Jelyn’s sweet smile and angelic voice warmly welcome children to her classes. Her bachelor’s degree in Christian Education makes her a strong advocate of values and positive interactions. Strong both as a leader and a learner, she continues to strengthen in her competencies and encourages collaboration among children and colleagues. Joyful in her work and sincere in her care, Teacher Jelyn faces each class with confidence, courage and compassion.

Teacher Hannah

Teacher Hannah is committed to growth and learning of herself and her students. A balance of humility and confidence, she makes teaching toddlers look easy. Her positive demeanor combined with her strong belief in order and values draw children to her, allowing them to manage themselves and relate with others in meaningful ways. Her interest in the arts adds color to her classroom and her commitment to character formation make her classes an exciting experience.

Teacher Nian

Teacher Nian's warmth and gentle countenance allows her connect easily with children. Her teaching is not work but a delight. A dedicated learner herself, she challenges her students to go above and beyond. She is committed to learning, but does so in fun and play. She approaches classes prepared and excited. Also in charge of communication, she effectively handles dissemination of information promptly and with clarity.

She ensures that activity centers are prepared for and implemented well. Because she knows each child personally, noting their strenghts and areas for improvement, she is able to provide guidance out of knowledge and empathy. A naturally kind soul, she is a reliable and devoted part of the team.

Teacher Meriella

Teacher Meriella is an empath. With a sincere desire to understand each child, she goes out of her way to ensure that children's needs are met. She guides each child with patience, serving as their champion and friend. She does her work with joy and works with the team with grace.

that continually gives me purpose and joy.

Teacher Sandra's strong yet warm composure makes it natural for children to respond to her invitations to play and converse. She meets children where they are and provides appropriate guidance to children. Calm and candid, she handles the Toddler's class with ease and joy.

Ms Rio

“My expertise is in finance, but my true goal is helping others understand and benefit from it.”

Ms Rio supports SEED's operations as its Finance Specialist. With a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Business Administration, she ensures finance processes are implemented to effectively and efficiently to ensure the school's smooth operations. Level-headed and strong, she is a resourceful and initiating part of the team.
